3. ROTC Scholarships
Partnering with the Cornell University, Ithaca College awards students who are interested in participating Army or Air Force ROTC programs.

How to Apply for Scholarships
For Ithaca merit-based scholarships, some scholarships does not require an application. That means you just have to apply for admissions, and it will automatically consider you for the merit-based scholarship.
