The University of Alabama at Birmingham Scholarships

Alabama Scholarships

Located in the heart of Birmingham, Alabama, the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) is ranked among the top young universities in the United States. Known for its southern barbecue and famous restaurants, the city of Birmingham is covered with UAB buildings and facilities.

Always building and renovating its campus, the UAB is filled with state-of-the-art facilities with glass windows and sports facilities that are built to accommodate all sorts of equipment. Offering accredited programs to their incoming students, the UAB is famously known for its School of Medicine and its Business Administration programs.

Ranked as the top university in Alabama, the UAB did not receive this award just out of pure luck; however, this university offers a quality education at an affordable price to many of their students. The major option of financial aid that most students use is UAB Scholarships.

Types of Scholarships Offered at UAB

The University of Alabama at Birmingham offers many scholarship options to their incoming students, and it offers a scholarship management portal, which is only available to current or admitted UAB students. After being admitted into UAB, the student can check the status of his scholarship by going over to the scholarship management portal.

Before we talk too much about scholarship management portals, let’s get into some scholarships that we want to put in that scholarship list.
