Even though it is not a business-driven corporation, AbbVie is a research company that constantly seeks improvement in medicine and innovative practices that can cure long-term illnesses and even plaguing viruses. During the time that this post was written, we were faced with Coronavirus, and AbbVie contributed nearly $40 million to provide aid and equipment to people in need. Not only that, but AbbVie also continues to combine its advanced science with their strong passion to help patients around the globe. Eligibility Requirements of AbbVie Scholarship

Yes, that’s right, if you have one of the following inflammatory diseases listed down below, then you are eligible to apply for this scholarship. AbbVie doesn’t place any limit on which background you can come from since AbbVie Scholarship was established to help patients from all over the world. In addition, there is no age limit or required educational background since it is available to all applicants, so please read each eligibility requirement carefully!
- Have One of the Following Inflammatory Diseases
- Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS)
- Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA)
- Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA)
- Crohn’s Disease (CD)
- Psoriasis (Ps)
- Ulcerative Colitis (UC)
- Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS)
- Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA)
- Uveitis (UV)
- Have Actively Participated in Community Involvement
Instead of basing it on your GPA or grades of standardized exams, AbbVie Scholarship Committee has decided to award this scholarship based on your community involvement and your role in the community. Last but not least, this scholarship is awarded to prospective students up to $15,000 per year, which varies on the type of degrees that you are applying for. My part in this scholarship was to provide the information, and your part begins.
