By just looking at the title, you may have noticed the sponsor of our scholarship, which is a private company known as AbbVie. Even though it is not a business-driven corporation, AbbVie is a research company that constantly seeks improvement in medicine and innovative practices that can cure long-term illnesses and even plaguing viruses. During the time that this post was written, we were faced with Coronavirus, and AbbVie contributed nearly $40 million to provide aid and equipment to people in need. Not only that, but AbbVie also continues to combine its advanced science with their strong passion to help patients around the globe. After this short intro, you should probably get a hang of what AbbVie values most, so let’s go straight into our scholarship!
