After looking at UA Little Rock, your expectations will not be met by looking at Arkansas Tech University. 3. University of Central Arkansas (UCA)

4. Philander Smith College (PSC)

PSC is a traditional liberal arts college that is located in Little Rock, Arkansas. As the capital of Arkansas, Little Rock contains many universities and even some graduate institutions are located nearby this large city. Due to its prime location, many students need to wisely choose their many options. Even though PSC offers low cost of attendance, it does not offer any form of assistance except external scholarships. 5. University of Arkansas at Fort Smith (UAFS)

Even though UA at Fort Smith requires a slightly higher cost than PSC, the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith offers full-ride scholarships for its incoming students. That means if you apply and receive the full-ride scholarship, then you don’t have to pay anything while you attend UAFS. For the whole four years, you just have to pay for your personal expenses during your stay, and your tuition, your cost for room & board, and your mandatory fees will be all covered by UA at Fort Smith. 6. Arkansas State University

Known as the A-State, Arkansas State University is the second-largest public university in the state of Arkansas. Due to its size, A-State has increased its fields of doctoral programs.
